Work Product

Upon full payment for custom development services, you will own the final deliverables as specified in your service agreement, subject to our retention of rights to any pre-existing intellectual property, tools, and methodologies.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes informally.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration as specified in individual service agreements, where applicable and permitted by law.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or technical failures of third-party systems.

16. Modifications to Terms
