A Case Study For Bick Law LLP
We built a high speed law firm website demo with built-in lead qualification and Clio-integrated client portal, improving efficiency and reducing paralegal costs.
Marketing reports for Texas firms arrive as traffic, rankings and lead counts. None of them says what the work brought in, so the budget gets renewed on faith.
We report in signed cases. Every lead is tracked from first click to retainer, so the channel that signed the case is a fact rather than a guess.
A firm that adds a channel every year ends up with five reports and no answer. Each vendor sends its own numbers, and nobody is comparing what came back across channels.
Click prices in Texas are high, and injury and family terms in Houston and Dallas cost more than most firms expect. A wrong channel choice is expensive, so we answer these first:
Our client is Meridian Legal Advisors, an estate planning and business law firm at 2002 Timberlock Pl in The Woodlands saw 217% increase in Google Business Profile Interactions in five five months.
Texas law firm marketing, paid ads, and intake all report to one number: what a signed case cost you. A firm with a tight budget should not open six channels at once. We test small and put more behind the one that already works.
We connect GA4, Microsoft Clarity, call tracking, and your CRM or practice management system. Each signed case traces back to the ad, page, or referral that started it, including phone calls.
Our SEO services for lawyers start with the city your clients search from and the practice areas you actually want. Google ranks local results on relevance, distance, and prominence. Distance is fixed, so we work on the other two. Also see our Local SEO for law firms service.
Paid search buys speed while search builds. We set bids around case value, block searches that never convert, and send signed-case data back to Google so bidding learns from retainers rather than form fills.
Attorney website design in Texas has to hold up on a phone, in a market where most searches happen on one. Custom builds you own, code and data included, with one clear next step on every page.
We write answers to what clients type before they call: cost, timelines, what to bring to a first meeting. Then we track which pages lead to consultations and drop the ones that do not.
We structure your pages so ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can read and quote them. We track those mentions next to your rankings.
AI chat and voice agents answer after hours, capture the practice area and location, and push the lead into your CRM. Texas firms get a lot of after-hours inquiries, and an unanswered one is a signed case someone else takes.
Each practice area brings a different client and a different path to a signed retainer.
Family law and divorce clients in Texas read several pages before they call. They want plain answers on custody, cost and timing before they pick up the phone. We build those pages and track which ones turn into booked consultations.
Personal injury firms in Texas buy the most expensive clicks in legal search. The site has to get a phone visitor to a call in one tap, before they go back to the results.
Criminal defense inquiries in Texas do not wait for office hours. AI intake answers at night and books the consultation, and the page answers what happens next.
Immigration firms need bilingual search most, and other practice areas need it too. According to the Census Bureau's American Community Survey, more than a third of Texans speak a language other than English at home, so family, injury and defense clients search in their own language. We build full pages in each language you serve, with intake that logs the matter in English for your team.
Estate planning in Texas rarely rewards paid search, so referrals and search carry the work. The pages have to serve someone deciding months ahead, which is a longer conversation than most practice areas.
Bankruptcy clients in Texas compare fees first and want to know whether they qualify. Fee pages and a short qualifying form answer both, and they sort leads before they reach your team.

Four steps from the first call to a working plan.
A free 30-minute call. We look at your practice areas, the places you draw clients from, and what the last twelve months produced.
View-only access to GA4, Microsoft Clarity, your ad accounts, and your CRM or practice management system. You never hand over admin rights to start.
We look at your current systems, covering every channel, agency, offline source, and custom tool you use.
You get a plan with the scope and timeline written down. We quote after the review, because the review is what tells us how much of the site has to be fixed before anything can rank.
Questions that matter to you the most.
We work with law firms across Texas, in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and smaller markets across the state.
Firms with offices in two or three cities get a plan for each, built from that city's own data. If your firm is somewhere we have not named, ask anyway. We will tell you whether we can do the work properly in your area.
We connect GA4, call tracking and your practice management system, so each signed case traces back to the ad, page or referral that started it. Texas firms with more than one office have a harder version of this problem. Calls route to the nearest office, so we tag the tracking number by market before anyone answers. Without that step, a Houston case gets credited to a Dallas campaign and both numbers are wrong.
Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence. Distance is fixed, so the work goes into the other two. A firm in Dallas or Houston needs a page for each practice area in each city it serves, because those searches return different firms. A firm in a county with no large city nearby can hold those searches with fewer pages, because fewer firms are competing.
Injury and family terms in Houston and Dallas are the expensive ones, and a broad campaign will spend on searches that never sign. We set bids around what a case is worth, block the searches that never convert, and send signed-case data back to Google so bidding learns from retainers.
Most searches for a lawyer in Texas happen on a phone, so the site has to load fast and keep a call one tap from the top of the page. A firm with several offices also needs each location page to show its own address and number, or the visitor calls the wrong office.
Bilingual setup belongs in the build. According to the Census Bureau's American Community Survey, more than a third of Texans speak a language other than English at home. Spanish is the largest of those languages, and Vietnamese, Chinese and Hindi are among the next most spoken in the state. Each language gets its own pages and its own URLs, and intake logs the matter in English so your team reads one set of notes.
We build custom sites you own, code and data included, with one clear next step on each page.
Answers to what clients type before they call: cost, timelines, what to bring to a first meeting. In Texas that includes plain explanations of how the local courts work, written in each language your clients read. Our content is written by a law graduate. Osama Saeed holds a law degree and has written for international brands for more than ten years, and he writes for law firms only. His background is on our team page.
Yes. Clients now ask ChatGPT and Google's AI overview answers for a lawyer and get a short list of names. We structure your pages so those systems can read and quote them, and we track the mentions next to your rankings. Pages that answer a question plainly are easier to quote than pages that only describe the firm.
Yes, and you own it. Chat and phone answered after hours, the practice area and location captured before the conversation ends, and every lead pushed into your CRM with its source attached. Nothing is rented, so the scripts and the data stay with you.
Yes. Part VII of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct governs lawyer advertising, and your firm stays responsible for compliance.
Rule 7.02 bans anything false or misleading. It rules out comparing your services with another lawyer's unless the comparison rests on verifiable, objective data, and it rules out citing past results unless you were lead counsel, the money was actually received, and the page gives enough detail about the case.
Rule 7.04 covers advertising in public media, and the State Bar treats a website as part of that. It requires the name of a lawyer responsible for the content, restricts how you describe an office other than your principal one, and requires a lawyer in the firm to approve the advertisement in writing. Rule 7.07 requires the site and the ads to be filed with the State Bar's Advertising Review Committee before they first appear.
We write to those rules, avoid guarantees and superlatives, and send you the copy for written approval before anything goes live.
We are not a good fit if any of these apply:
The platforms we use to build, track, and report on your marketing.

Local strategy built for firm growth.
Ask us anything about your market: ask@timetechnologiesllc.com
Most agencies report traffic, rankings and leads. We report which channel signed the case and what that case was worth. If a channel costs more than it returns, we tell you to cut it, even when it is one we run.
What you pay depends on how many channels you run, what you already have, and how much of the work is building rather than connecting. That is why we quote after the access review.
What moves the number:
Most firms start with one or two channels and grow from there. At the strategy session we will tell you what your version costs and what we would leave out to bring it down.
Plan on three to six months for early signals and six to twelve months for steady leads. A competitive injury term in Houston or Dallas takes longer than a narrower term in a smaller market. Paid search works faster while search builds.
Read-only access to GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Google Search Console, your ad accounts, and your CRM or practice management system. You never hand over admin rights to start.
Usually. We work with Clio, MyCase, Lawmatics and Filevine. Some tools limit API access by plan, so we confirm what connects before we quote.
Neither wins by default. They do different jobs, and the order matters.
Google Ads works this month. You control the budget, you can raise or pause it any day, and within a week you can see which searches and practice areas sign cases. That is where you test. Our 10 Pillars of Google Ads covers how a campaign is built.
SEO compounds. Moving a page into the top results takes three to six months, so there is nothing to test in a short window. What it does is keep working after the ad budget stops, and the cost per signed case falls as the pages age.
So we test with ads and build with SEO. The ad results tell us which searches deserve their own page.
Mapping Every Google and Meta Lead shows which channel produced each signed case, your cost per case and case value by channel, where intake lost inquiries, and which practice area is growing without extra spend.
No. We work with solo attorneys, two to four lawyer firms, mid-sized firms and firms with several practice groups. What changes with size is the plan. A solo firm wins by owning a few valuable searches in one city. A larger firm wins by covering more practice areas and cities at scale.
Yes. A firm with offices in Houston and Dallas gets a plan for each, built from that city's own searches rather than from a template. Publishing four near-identical pages at once is how firms end up competing with themselves.
We look at your market, not at a slide deck. Who ranks for your terms, what your pages are missing, and where inquiries leak between the click and the CRM. You leave with a prioritized list whether or not you hire us.
Before you spend more, find out which spend is working. We will show what your last ten signed cases came from, what each one cost, and where inquiries dropped out before anyone called back.
